- Add to a muscle rub to soothe muscles stiffness
- Diffuse to freshen and purify the air

50ml Apricot kernel oil
10 drops Peppermint
8 drops Rosemary
7 drops Lavender
Mix well. Massage into sore muscles.
30 grams aloe vera gel
5 drops Tea Tree
2 drops Peppermint
3 drops Lavender
Apply 2-3 times a day or as needed
5 drops Peppermint
5 drops Orange
5 drops Rosemary
Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed or diffuse 5-10 drops.
Soothing foot soak
2 drops Peppermint
1 drops Ginger
2 litres warm water
Optional: Epsom Salt
Mix oils and water together in a pail. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes after a long day.
Pour hot water into a bowl and 1 drop of peppermint, place your head about 12 inches above the bowl and cover your head with a towel in such a way that the sides are totally closed and you in actual fact form a tent over the bowl. Keep your eyes shut and breathe deeply through your nose for 1 to 2 minutes.
For external use only. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified practitioner. Do not use undiluted on skin. Do not use on broken skin or on abrasions. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Keep away from children and eyes. If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. To extend shelf life keep in a cool dark place with cap tightly sealed or refrigerated.
